ESV. Kenny A. Sodeinde
Managing Director / CEO (MSc, BSc, ANIVS, RSV)
Kenny Amos Sodeinde is a Project Manager, Consultant and Real Estate professional with more than ten years’ experience delivering complex property capital projects and programmes across construction, property development and digital change. He is the Founder and Lead Partner of Kenny Sodeinde Consulting and the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Built By Dewkon, where he leads multidisciplinary teams in real estate development, property advisory and project execution. Kenny owns the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and business case through procurement, delivery and practical completion, with clear accountability for scope, budget, programme and quality. He holds a Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Management (UK), an MSc in Management of Business Information Technology from the University of Greenwich and a BSc in Business Administration from Lagos State University (LASU).
Mr. Damilare David Adeojo
Company Secretary / Legal Adviser
Damilare David Adeojo is the Legal Advisor and Company Secretary of the organization. He holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Lagos and is a graduate of the Nigerian Law School. He worked for, among others, the Lagos State Government, serves on different fora and the advisory board of many companies, and is a Partner in a Lagos law firm with network offices in New York and the UK. His practice focuses on dispute resolution, corporate law, and real estate law, and he is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
Hauwa O. Sodeinde (Mrs)
Director
Hauwa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Olabisi Onabanjo University, a Postgraduate Degree in Education from the University of Sunderland, and a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Wolverhampton. Her career includes roles at AXA Mansard Insurance and Lagos Preparatory School, Ikoyi, before she established HAUK Explorers Schools. She is Secretary of the West Africa Women Association, Nigeria chapter, and President of the Hauk Foundation, an NGO she founded to protect the rights of women, youths and children. She brings strong administrative experience and a broad perspective to her role at Built By Dewkon.
Builder Taiwo F. Adekunle
Building Engineer
Taiwo holds an OND in Building Technology/Quantity Surveying and an HND in Building Technology from the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti. He is a registered builder, a member of the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON) and of the Nigerian Institute of Builders, and acquired PRINCE2 certification in 2014. Before joining Built By Dewkon he worked on the Covenant University project as project supervisor with Vita Construction, and with Business Contracting Limited, Project Scope Limited and SARCO Nigeria Limited.
Surv. Oluwafemi Dada
Land Surveyor
Femi holds a B.Sc. in Surveying and Geo-informatics from the University of Lagos and is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors. He began his career at the office of the Surveyor General of Lagos State, gaining solid, practical experience in land mapping and surveying. He brings that depth of experience and network of connections to his role at Built By Dewkon.
Emmanuel Bello
Architect
Emmanuel holds an HND in Architecture from Lagos State Polytechnic. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Project Management, a Chartered Project Management Professional, and an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects. He has served as project architect on multiple developments, including Groove World Realties in Lekki and Project-Mind Innovation Limited.
